This community of sixty, net zero energy homes with shared open space outside of Yakima, Washington, is a mix of detached and duplex spec homes clustered around a central commons, with custom home lots on the perimeter. Besides the home sites and roadways, the sloping 16.7- acre site includes 2 acres of open space with community gardens, a yoga pavilion, natural playgrounds, nature trails and community solar fields.
